Shipping & Returns 


Products are shipped using major carriers. We do our best to use the shipping method with the lowest cost. Shipping times are not guaranteed. If the package arrives damaged, please send a picture of the damaged package ASAP so that we can contact the appropriate service. 

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations. If your product arrives damaged, please send an image of the damaged product to within 3 days of receiving your product. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please understand that wood products vary in quality. No two products will be exactly alike. Wood inherently has imperfections, though we do try to discard of low-quality wood and other warped materials.
